Confiserie Stanislas Bergamot candies from Nancy are amber-colored hard candies infused with the same bergamot essence that gives earl grey tea its citrusy flavor. These are the only French candies to ever obtain the Protected Geographic Indication (PGI) label. This distinction ensures the candies are indeed made in Nancy and with bergamot essential oil.
