10 Fruit jelly is an exceptional confectionery, each of which contains a sincere and authentic taste of fruit. Made exclusively from pure fruit, they represent the perfect combination of the quality of selected fruits and the know-how of François Doucet's patisserie.
- Ingredients: Fruit pulp 50% (apricot ‘Orange de Provence’ 22.5%, pear ‘William Hautes Alpes’ 12.5%, mandarin 5%, strawberry 5%, raspberry 5%) sugar, wheat glucose syrup, invert syrup, gelling agent: pectin, natural flavourings of fruits (raspberry, pear, strawberry, apricot, mandarin). Acidifier: citric acid, natural flavouring of Bourbon vanilla. May contain hazelnuts and gluten. Allergens listed in bold.
