Nyonsolive Nyons Olives are Tanche black olives grown in Nyons (southeastern France), known for their wrinky skins, large pits and sweet, meaty flavor
- Since they are harvested in the winter, Nyons olives shrivel in the cold and tend to have wrinkly skin
