Description
Gochujang is a traditional Korean soybean paste made from glutinous rice and fermented soybeans, seasoned with a high concentration of red pepper. The amount of pepper is such that the soybean paste is usually dark red in color. Traditionally, gochujang is fermented outdoors in large pots for years.
