Description
Cave de L'Abbe Rous Banyuls Wine Vinegar, made from Fortified wine of Banyuls which is aged for 4 years in outdoors exposed wood vats, resulting in a wine with woody and spicy nose with fresh walnut and mint aroma that will also be found in the vinegar. The vinegar is then aged in 220L oak barrels for 1 year in a storehouse of the vinegar factory. Perfect in marinades, sauces, deglazing, dressings and gravies.
