Fishballs are rounded meat balls made from fish paste which are then boiled or deep fried. The Fishballs are similar in composition to fishcakes. Husmor Fishballs are a classic Norwegian tradition, these fishballs are rolled in flour, fried and served alongside potato's and gravy. Perfect as an appetizer or to compliment potato dumplings.
