The Silver Line Small Sardines offer Ramon Pena's famous delicate quality in a slightly larger, more generous serving. Sourced from the clean waters of the Galician Rias, these young sardines are picked for their small size and exceptional flavour.
Following generations of tradition, each sardine is meticulously cleaned and individually hand-packed into the tin. Preserved in fine olive oil, this process ensures the fillets retain their perfect structural integrity and deliver a tender, buttery texture.
