Made with 50% of duck foie gras this delicious mousse is a great alternative to pure foie gras for less formal meals. Serve chilled but not ice cold.
- Ingredients: duck foie gras, duck fat, water, whole liquid eggs, Armagnac (Armagnac, salt, pepper), Port whine (tawny Port wine, salt, pepper)salt, sugar, white pepper, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite less than 1%.
